Join us at Harmonious Heart Counseling Center for beginning through intermediate meditation every Wednesday from 7:30-8:15pm. Because space is limited to 25 people, please call in advance to reserve your space or go to the ‘schedule’ page to pre-pay. Each session is $10. This is an opportunity for you to build community while exploring deeper levels of consciousness. Sessions are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
